Businesses outside the VAT system must also issue and fiscalize an eRačun for every B2B invoice. Paper and PDF invoices alone will no longer satisfy the law.

Two dates matter. From 1 January 2026 you must be able to receive eRačun e-invoices. For receiving — yes. For issuing — no: MIKROeRAČUN is receive-only and cannot issue e-invoices, and from 1 January 2027 issuing them is your obligation for B2B work.
