Two dates matter. From 1 January 2026 you must be able to receive eRačun e-invoices. From 1 January 2027, if you are outside the VAT system (a paušalni obrt or freelancer), you must also issue and fiscalize an eRačun for every B2B invoice — which means you will need invoicing software that supports it.
For receiving — yes. For issuing — no: MIKROeRAČUN is receive-only and cannot issue e-invoices, and from 1 January 2027 issuing them is your obligation for B2B work.
Not yet — and we won't pretend otherwise. Today Luppis produces e-invoicing-ready invoices (EN 16931 / UBL export). Built-in eRačun delivery and fiscalization are coming before the 2027 mandate takes effect.
