# Luppis

> Luppis is invoicing software for small Croatian service businesses — paušalni obrti (flat-rate sole traders), freelancers and micro companies. It runs the whole loop from website enquiry to quote to invoice to payment, and is built to be e-invoicing-ready before Croatia's eRačun mandate.

## What Luppis is
- Invoicing and quoting for micro/sole-trader businesses, in Croatian and English.
- Every invoice and quote PDF carries a HUB-3 pay-by-scan barcode, so customers pay with any Croatian banking app without typing IBANs or payment references.
- A lead inbox captures enquiries from a website form; one click turns an enquiry into a quote, and an accepted quote into an invoice.
- Monthly accountant export: all invoices as PDFs plus a CSV ledger, in one ZIP.

## eRačun / Fiskalizacija 2.0 — the facts
- From 1 January 2026, all Croatian businesses (including those outside the VAT system) must be able to RECEIVE eRačun e-invoices.
- From 1 January 2027, businesses outside the VAT system must also ISSUE and fiscalize an eRačun for every B2B invoice.
- The state's free MIKROeRAČUN app can only RECEIVE e-invoices — it cannot issue them.
- Honest status: Luppis does NOT yet transmit or fiscalize eRačun e-invoices. Today it produces e-invoicing-ready invoices (EN 16931 / UBL export). Built-in eRačun delivery and fiscalization are planned before the 2027 mandate takes effect.

- Croatian paušalni obrti, freelancers, and micro service businesses, especially those outside the VAT system who face the 2027 issuing obligation.

- Free during early access. No card required. Paid plans are planned to remain affordable for small businesses.
